Hand-forged in Japan and finished right here at the shop, this Nigara Strix Sujihiki is something special. The blade is made from Nigara Hamono’s STRIX powder steel — a premium stainless with ultra-fine carbides that delivers crazy sharpness, long-lasting performance, and a clean, confident feel at around 64 HRC.

We paired it in-house with a one-of-a-kind epoxy handle. It has that “just right” balance in hand — sleek, comfortable, and completely unique. There’s literally only one with this exact look.
